Information About Ordering

Insure Accuracy of your Order
Please be sure to give us an accurate and complete delivery address, including unit number and business name if applicable.
When ordering individual items, please fill out all the information we need to personalize your product (including gender) and don't forget to double-check all spellings.
We will contact you via email if we have any questions about your order.
If we make a mistake in your order, we will replace your product at no cost to you. Any replacement should arrive 7-10 business days after you contact us.
It is important when purchasing a personalized gift to make sure that you give us the exact text you want to see on your item, so please make sure you have the capitalization, spelling and punctuations just exactly how you want them on your order.
Canceling/Changing Orders
Because the prints are personalized with the first name of your choice, once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart, it cannot be canceled or changed!
